| Self Portrait 2 My intent for this self portrait was to not stray too much from the reference. I learned that lighting is what makes a form so I'm starting to see in my every day life the effects of lighting and trying to portray that somehow in my work. I'm still having difficulty with the opacity of the brushes. When I press on the pen I either press way too hard or way too light. Also, I would like if someone could give me advice on blending. |
I really like the shading/lighting you have on your portrait. Maybe you could work on the blending a little bit though. You have an interesting composition for your portrait, and I also like how you did your headphones.
