Here is my current rework. I cannot for the life of me seem to get my composition figured out! But this is what I settled with after many different frustrated drawings.
I'm not sure what to do with the space to the right of the girl and her cat, behind the skeletal creature creeping out at them.
Keep it simple so that we see the interaction of the parts that ARE important.
