Hi Neil, Thinking about this work: Yes, we fell in love with the shimmer and specificity of light of these forms. But you can just go ahead and paint over it your idea of your original island cities and waterfalls, etc. You don't really have to retain this except as you want. in other works don't kill yourself to be incredibly hyper realistic with the water, a good painting that gets the idea across is fine. Look at Adam's Project 3 WIP of April 8: a terrific work and gets the idea across. See? But you do whatever you like :-)
