I made this by creating my own texture using one of the preset brushes. It is in a square shape and has more texture towards the bottom of the square, which I like. It could be used for something more abstract or as a texture of something rougher.
I created this brush by making an elliptical and making it scatter in a few different angels. The scatter count is at 2 or 3 per click of the mouse. I also lowered the contrast and brightness of the brush. The wet edges and smoothing was turned on for this brush. This could be used as pebbles and/or coins.
